Job Summary:
The experienced graphics installer has the initiative, necessary skills and experience to roll up his or her sleeves and jump right into production. The ideal candidates will have experience installing vinyl graphics, wallpaper, and various other types of signage, have a positive attitude, and will be excited about this new opportunity. Candidates must be committed to quality, always paying attention to details, consistently delivering outstanding customer service, and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Some on-the-job training and specialized classes will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Installing vinyl graphics, wall covering, and various types of signs with attention to detail and quality.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve installation issues in the field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively during installations.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a variety of client environments, including construction site, office and retail settings.
• Setting priorities of projects and completing the jobs in a timely manner by performing multiple tasks at the same time by making use of equipment capabilities.
• Troubleshooting routine equipment problems.
• Performing quality checks of jobs, packaging jobs for shipping, and maintaining electronic storage of completed jobs.
• Coordinating shipping of completed projects and communicating with customers regarding shipments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old (required).
• Must be able to read and do calculations with measurements.
• Must be able to work on a ladder, scaffolding or lift as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. With a positive and professional attitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with Specialized apps, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability, on a regular basis, to stand/move for several hours at a time.
• Ability, on a regular basis, to lift up to 50lbs.

Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years in a fast-paced print production environment.
• 1+ years’ experience installing graphics and signs.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Job-Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, dayshift hours 8 am-5 pm

Work Location: Our main hive, 2507 Ingersoll Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312, with travel throughout the city and state for installs both indoor and outdoor as needed.
