Beeline & Blue is looking for a driven, curious Outside Sales Representative who enjoys getting out in the field, solving real customer problems, and growing a territory they can truly call their own.
This is not a “sit at a desk and dial all day” role. You’ll be meeting with clients, uncovering opportunities, and helping businesses choose solutions that genuinely make their work easier and more effective.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow your own pipeline by networking, prospecting, and developing relationships throughout the Des Moines market
- Meet with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
- Present solutions in a way that connects the dots between what we offer and what the customer actually cares about
- Manage relationships beyond the sale — staying in touch, introducing new ideas, and becoming a trusted resource
- Keep track of your activity and progress so you can forecast, prioritize, and win more consistently
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from first conversation through delivery

What We’re Looking For
- Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence presenting ideas and navigating sales conversations
- Solid organization and time-management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field or
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience (we value real-world selling experience)
The Practical Stuff
- Ability to travel locally within the territory
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Salary of $80k-140k yearly, with generous commission plan amounting to earnings of even more
