Beeline & Blue is looking for a driven, curious Outside Sales Representative who enjoys getting out in the field, solving real customer problems, and growing a territory they can truly call their own.

This is not a “sit at a desk and dial all day” role. You’ll be meeting with clients, uncovering opportunities, and helping businesses choose solutions that genuinely make their work easier and more effective.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow your own pipeline by networking, prospecting, and developing relationships throughout the Des Moines market
  • Meet with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
  • Present solutions in a way that connects the dots between what we offer and what the customer actually cares about
  • Manage relationships beyond the sale — staying in touch, introducing new ideas, and becoming a trusted resource
  • Keep track of your activity and progress so you can forecast, prioritize, and win more consistently
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from first conversation through delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence presenting ideas and navigating sales conversations
  • Solid organization and time-management skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field or
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience (we value real-world selling experience)

The Practical Stuff

  • Ability to travel locally within the territory
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Salary of $80k-140k yearly, with generous commission plan amounting to earnings of even more
